We use TLS encryption in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when you visit our website. Usually this is a 256 bit encryption. 2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use

When you access our website, the browser used on your device automatically and without your intervention sends the following information to the server of our website, temporarily stored in a so-called log file until automatic deletion:

  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
  • the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

We process this data to ensure a smooth connection setup and a comfortable use of our website as well as to evaluate the system security and stability. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you personally.

3.  Rights of the persons concerned

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access (Art. 15), rectification and deletion (Art. 16, 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and a right of data transmission (Art. 20) as well as a right of appeal against a supervisory authority (Art. 77).

4.  Right of objection

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 1 lit f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this which arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation.
